DESCRIPTION:This year the City of Anna is offering  two different ways to Trick-or-Treat on Saturday\, October 31\, 2020 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. \nYou may trick-or-treat in town and/or drive through the Anna City Park.  If you drive through the park\, you must remain in your car and the candy will be handed out.  Traffic will flow from the pool side of the park and proceed out toward Rusty’s.  All precautions will be put in place so everyone can remain safe and still enjoy trick or treating.   For more information on donating or participating click here. \nIDPH guidelines must be followed for safe trick or treating.
