This year the City of Anna is offering two different ways to Trick-or-Treat on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. You may trick-or-treat in town and/or drive through the Anna City Park. If you drive through the park, you must remain in your car and the candy will be handed out. Traffic will flow from the pool side of the park and proceed out toward Rusty’s.
