Christmas in Downtown Anna  on Small Business Saturday.

This year the festival is on November 26, 2022 on East Davie Street & South Main Street.

8AM: Reindeer 5k & 1 Mile Run/Walk: https://runtosucceed.com/reindeer5k/ – Race begins on West Davie Street in front of the Anna Arts Center

8:15AM-5:30PM: Visits with Santa/Photos with Santa. Southern Illinois Christmas will be at Nalee Rae’s Boutique/Busby Realty for that annual photo with Santa. 

9AM-8PM: Ice Skating. Tickets can be purchased now at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/christmas-in-downtown-anna-ice-skating-tickets-444163483937 or purchased at the event, subject to availability. The rink will be set up on East Davie Street. $10 per ticket. Rink sponsored by City of Anna & Union County Hospital.

9AM-8PM: Food, Craft & Boutique Vendor Fair, Hot Chocolate Station & More! Set up on East Davie Street.

9AM-8PM: Letters to Santa – Bring your letter or write one on site! Be sure to include a return address if you want to get a response from Santa. The letterbox will be on the corner of S. Main & E. Davie. FREE.

9AM-12PM: Reindeer Goat Grams. Set up along East Davie Street. Pet the goats, get some cuddles and have your photo taken with goats dressed in reindeer attire. So adorable. FREE.

9AM-11AM & 1PM-4PM: Holiday Mini Sessions by My Sun, My Moon. Set up along East Davie Street.

4PM-8PM: Horse Drawn Carriage Rides through Gumdrop Drive. Shorter route to speed up wait times. Pick up/Drop off is at the park entrance, across from Rusty’s Home Center. FREE, sponsored by Union County Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development.

4PM-8PM: Shuttles to/from the event on East Davie to the Horse Drawn Carriage Rides at the park entrance. FREE, sponsored by Shawnee Mass Transit District.

5:30PM: Holiday Parade. The Giving Parade starts at the corner of Jefferson & S. Main and stops at the City Christmas Tree. 

6:15PM: Lighting of the City Christmas Tree. Happens immediately after the holiday parade. Located at the corner of S. Main & W. Vienna.
