City of Anna, Illinois
Wastewater Treatment Plant – Lagoon Valve Replacement Project
The City of Anna is accepting sealed bids for the replacement of two (2) 8-inch plug valves located at the lagoon at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Work may include, but is not limited to:
- Labor and equipment to remove existing valves and install new 8-inch plug valves
- Excavation and trenching
- Backfill and compaction
- Site restoration, including seeding
- Any additional materials or services necessary to complete the valve replacement
Bid Requirements:
- Bids shall include a complete cost for labor, equipment, materials, and any associated work necessary for a fully functional installation.
- Contractors must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured. Proof of insurance must be included.
- The City reserves the right to request additional information, reject any or all bids, or waive technicalities in the best interest of the City.
Submission Details:
- Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Lagoon Valve Replacement Project”.
- Bids shall be delivered to:

Bids will be opened publicly at 5PM on January 6, 2026 at the Anna City Council Meeting
