🚲 Bicycle Registration Program – City of Anna 🚲

A New City Ordinance to Help Protect Your Property

Effective immediately, all bicycles in the City of Anna must be registered with the Anna Police Department in accordance with our newly adopted ordinance. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to improve public safety and help return lost or stolen bicycles to their rightful owners.

📝 How to Register

  1. Download and complete the fillable registration form linked below.

  2. Bring your completed form to the Anna Police Department during regular business hours.

  3. You’ll receive a reflective ID sticker to place on your bicycle.

🚨 Enforcement Begins: November 1, 2025

Beginning November 1st, Anna police officers will begin enforcing the ordinance. Officers may stop cyclists to verify registration and may confiscate unregistered bicycles if necessary.
